First, check whether the insulation resistance between the electrode holder and the body can be bad, and form partial short-circuit. Second, check whether the inlet pressure, water flow, water supply temperature is appropriate, check whether the water system can be blocked by dirt, resulting in the formation of poor cooling so that the electrode arm, electrode rod, electrode head overheating. Fourth, check whether there is a short circuit in the main transformer, so that the current is too large. Sixth major faults, spot welder welding workpiece strength is insufficient. First, check whether the electrode pressure is too small, check whether the electrode rod can be fastened. Second, check whether the welding energy can be too small, whether the welding workpiece can be corroded or not, so that the solder joints will not be able to fight properly. Third, check whether there is too much oxide between electrode head and electrode rod, electrode rod and electrode arm. Fourth, check whether the electrode section can be increased due to wear and reduce the welding energy. Fifth, check whether the electrode and copper soft joint and joint surface can be oxidized. The seventh major failure, the power indicator light is bright, and the workpiece is compact without welding.
